Baayu clean air movement is a sustainable mobility initiative launched by ASTC in collaboration with Bikozee Ecotech Pvt. Ltd. led by Department of Transport, Gov. of Assam.

It is India’s First state government initiative of 100% electric and decentralized open mobility application “The Baayu ASTC App” offering electric bike taxi and delivery services.
